New favorite spot! We never know where to stop when we drive through this town. We don't like fast food and haven't been impressed with the options thus far.
Yes, you walk through a liquor store to get to the deli but the ladies working there are so kind and welcoming it doesn't feel like one might typically think. In back, there are some cute pub style tables and stools.
The food was perfect, we got 4 different sandwiches and everyone was happy. There is nothing they can do to make this better. It's that good. Our vegetarian got her veggie wrap, the omnivores got the BLTA, pastrami and roast beef sandwiches, each custom made exactly how we like them.
Thank you ladies for a much needed fresh, delicious lunch. We will be back! -

Not your ordinary liquor store ! The service is amazing and the breakfast burritos are seriously addicting. I at least go here 3 times a week to grab food and then and they never disappoint!
If you aren't trying to get a breakfast burrito the deli in the back will make you food and it's always fresh they make it when you order it and you can taste the difference I swear . -

Soo grateful we found Savage! We were looking for an alternative to fast food on our road trip and boy did we luck out! Everything was super tasty from the "build your own" sandwich to the homemade potato salad. The owner/staff were so friendly we felt like we were with friends. Even got a local history lesson and a hug goodbye!

Absolutely the best family owned and operated liquor store in all of Paso Robles! Betty and Pam are the friendliest people you could possibly meet. They are very knowledgeable about the area and you could tell their customers love them. I found my favorite SLO Brewing Co beers and they have a great selection from other local breweries as well. They have a wonderful deli in the back of the store serving fresh sandwiches and house made salads. I ordered a BearCat sandwich (named after the local High School Mascot) with ham, turkey, bacon avocado and a tasty chipotle mayo...delicious! You will also find maps and magazines about the surrounding wineries. This is a great place to grab a sandwich, put together a picnic lunch and head to Library Park. Enjoy your lunch in the park while planning your winery tour.

I was passing by Paso and wanted to try a local wine, I went in to Savage Spirits and was helped by Pam. Pam was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but sweet, attentive and patient. She helped me plan a small visit through the town. Thank you Pam, I'll definitely be coming back!
